What's been your way of trying to find a realtor familiar with house hacking? 

I don't see the point of all these investors doing STRs for the tax savings, for higher cash flow OOS, it does make sense.

So learning landlord-tenant law of your state and what rights and responsibilities you have is really key.Knowing what to do and how to correctly escalate a situation gives you more certainty of the outcome and that makes it a lot easier to deal with - as they say, don't take it personal, it's just business.

We are go-getters who are looking to scale up fast, but we also realize that we need to do it right.
