Just out of curiosity - what is a standard timeframe for something like this start -finish ?

No other product in the market comes close to this finish level, however the rents are still below newer construction units at competing properties.

Many of the flight students also finish some of the training in TX, so if they all go in together on a home the ones that leave are the only ones out of the lease for the military clause so one person can be stuck with a huge rent bill.

She will be making $168k/year before bonuses after she finishes law school and I cleared well over $100k last year in 1099 income.

Once construction is finished we will refinance this into an in house 5 year fixed 15 year adjustable rate mortgage.
