It's standard lease stuff.Landlord needs to put a meter on his utility usage so he can reimburse exactly what he uses.Some landlords retain garages(for example) not just for storage, but to have shared property rights and keep an eye on things .Tenant doesn't like it?

Hello family, I'm starting to think outside of the box and starting to get involved with more investments like wanting to own a self storage facility , hotels, or billboard investing.

@Jayden EspinosaI am not sure about the legality in Utah but we always rent out garages (for vehicle storage) if the property has them.

If they request you to hold them longer it can be up to 30 days but items can be put in storage with it billed to the tenants I believe.

Ive even gone as far as making a storage space for them.

We supposedly live in a new, enlightened era, where people are not judged on their name, their color, their creed, being bald, fat, etc.

Already have a storage container full of furniture out there waiting.
