You want to focus on short-term money generating strategies such as wholesaling, fix and flips, etc.

Hi Rahul,Is your plan here to get a short-term hard money financing, then refinance out to a 30 year fixed?

I found a guy who was basically a paramilitary guy ( mercenary)  the truck trailer and backhoe were on a job.. we called the sherrif to let them know we are taking it.. 

Shortly afterward I arrived at the conclusion that real estate wasn't for me and stepped back while I contemplated my next move. 

Right now we are having a hard time keeping up with local demand :) A good problem to have.

With this last round of insurance increases we are paying almost $50 per month per apartment.

We may declare this new house as our primary and begin renting the side we are currently living in.

I'm a member of LS I and I was doing my own deals so I was thinking what can they show me I join the basic membership and it was great I also went to other Reia's, BP, different conferences on real estate and after I dove deep I joined LS Pig program I'm a passive on a couple of MF deals and it has been great for me and my family we are studying to find our first MF deal but it is like anything else you have to do the work.  

It’s a shame we are such a litigious society these days.

We are currently trying to book high-season months 2-4 weeks prior to check-in because we see the highest rates this way.
