There are always more than one factor/problem that causes a failure. 

I’ll be upfront and tell you i bought a few cars for this and had various failures and success with this.

It take some gut to admit your failure & share it publicly.

No one is going to know or care about your failures, and neither should you.

So for the legions of folks with neither skill Capital or knowledge of industry to jump right into a business that is really quite complex and difficult to bust into.. the failure rate is I would suspect as stated between 95 and 99% of those that try it will not continue.. they may put out untold thousands of direct mail piece but lack the skill and capital to put the deals down. 

Lacking the underlying issues and consequences is what gets folks in trouble or causes failure.

Failure to which have resulted in multi million dollar lawsuits.

Blame the failure of stimulous on Bush?
