I’d be interested in hearing other’s opinion, but in my case - since I have multiple tenants living under the same roof who have signed leases under the assumption there would be no animals and could possibly have allergies and other health issues to animals - that accommodating a service animal does change the nature of my services.

It will depend on the market in your area and the condition of the original floors, but generally I would say YES - its generally more economical to sand down and refinish hardwood then it is to replace it. 

The economics do not work in your favor.If they purchased the property for $15k as the local investors are telling you properties of this type sell for in South Jackson and if they want to make a profit of $15k on each sale.  

If the owner chooses not to pay for the repair, there is not much the property management company can do unless it is a health and safety issue.

So as you might've heard the stock market took a hit, I've heard some rumors as this being a sign of a looming economic downturn, will it turn out like that? 

I've been researching the topic for awhile trying to understand the economics of the business and where the "value" can best be unlocked, but it always seems that all the articles I find are a lot of talk with very little substance.
