Iv found the vacant property of my dreams with great bones and structure , the owners own the title free and clear only problem I'm having now is where are these owners 🤔 iv been calling around in search mode getting hung up on, calling wrong numbers, calling disconnected landlines and pronouncing people's names wrong , yea it's tough but I really want this property this may be early stages of attachment but oh well 😁 So my Question is : Is there a more accurate absentee owner website or app you guys recommend for finding addresses, emails & phone numbers ??

You could likely wholesale it, but I think 20-30k is a pip dream.

I have 10k in savings, i hear FHA loans allow for a 3% down so i might consider this.I find it hard saving because the houses here in the DFW area are around 200k an above and to me its expensive and saving for the down payment feels like its going to take forever. it will take me two more years and it seems those dream are far but near. when i do buy this house i will be looking for places that are close to big companies or universities to guarantee to find roommates.so here are my questions,1)how can i afford lending on houses worth 200k and above?
