If you download all their houses, it was located in very questionable neighborhood.It's kinda of ponzi with glorified Class C/D Single family as asset.

It's 4 years later but as with most things in this forum it takes that long or longer to get around to all the interesting posts.I downloaded your spreadsheet and have not completely looked it over but I like the concept.

After searching for recommendations on mobile receipt tracking apps and finding this post, I downloaded the Wave Receipts app and would agree that it has a lot to offer, and makes tracking your expenses and saving receipts to your phone or desktop very easy. 

I am slow to get on these forums, but have downloaded all the podcasts to a jump drive, and listen to them in the car.
