As far as the developer strategy that is something I haven’t thought about so I definitely appreciate the feedback.

I don't deal with borrowers, I deal with loss mitigation firms, servicers, attorneys and property managers.

@William S. my clients in WI who have been developing apartment complexes are stating the current aquisition cost of land plus construction cost does not make anymore.  

An ideal option in my mind would be to get a cash buyer who would be willing to buy out all the siblings, so $360,000.

I believe there will be more storage units built in the area, I keep leaning toward a business sweet condo development.

Everything always takes longer than expected, but it's nice to see the property beginning to shine.I fell short on developing a process for finding great tenants.

Or ideally a home that has a legal “Ohana” (family) house or permitted ADU( Accessory Dwelling Unit).
