This "put 'em on a bus" strategy leads to an overabundance of section 8 tenants living in Berlin relative to the renting population as a whole. 

Some of the abuses and misuses of formulas in this particular calculator (not all calculators, but this one specifically) are akin to 1+1=3.And of course, it is also true that ANY calculator can be misused and abused, even if it is not fundamentally garbage, if the user does not understand what they are doing.

Did Westcor deny liability or just make the offer to reinsure? 

After some legal wrangling, I decided to abandon pursuing a claim against the contractor who did the work  (incidentally, he ended up denying we ever did business!).

@Todd Burton@Ross Denman@Ericka Thomas@Joel WilmothERika  also a quick search of the state website shows no license for Oceanpointe investments LLC or Oceanpointe.. you may want to elaborate who Is your managing broker or broker in charge and what is the company name.. so people can verify you guys.. you offering to send a copy of a license is fine.. but really folks should be able to just go on line to the state and verify.. anyone can fudge up stuff these days.. state websites are pretty secure and accurate.the upholding of the court order was on 1/25/18.. what ever appeal that was done was denied that license for Whalen is permanently revoked. along with that company oceanpointe.. so I guess you guys are changing your name ????

For claims against some government entities, you have to file special claims directly with that government entity within just a few weeks in order to be allowed to file a civil lawsuit later if the government denies your claim.

We also remove screen doors, as those seem to get abused easily.- Laminate countertops are fine.

If they're currently renting most LLs require 30 days notice so if they want to move in tomorrow find out why... eviction, homeless, breaking lease,  LL found out about 3 dogs in the apt and they're being evicted, etcThere are circumstances such as a pay cut, job transfer, domestic abuse. 

Its very durable and is holding up pretty good after 8 years of tenant abuse.

Yes, the carpet is cheap but it doesn't hold up against stains and tenant abuse.
