Accordingly, they will have appropriate office assistant programs and be able to access the data banks for inserting the properties listed with them, in order to reach the greatest number of potential consumers.

If you cannot get real financial data, then you need to have a very informed understanding of rental market in the given area and the operating costs / performance of similar properties in that location.
