I am currently looking to set up an LLC to list our 3 short term rentals under.  

I have a question regarding the address for an LLC my wife and I just launched to serve as the property management company of our current and future homes.We are preparing to rent our current home to our first tenant and move into a new home.

I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

The stove & hot water heater are currently electric. 

I currently don't have any business partners, but I may look to add someone to my business

We have 2 pairs of washers/dryers that are currently coin operated that we could convert.

I too am investing in Albuquerque and a current resident.

Both of them are by the bedroom and this new one I just completed a master bedroom build added on to the back of the house with a private entrance for myself so I’m currently renting out the other 3 beds.Which cost me thousands more than I expected due to contractors not performing like I had expected etc etc.

First thing I would do is bring the loan current and out of foreclosure.

The current old stairs go from side to side which is the direction of the joists.
