What I see people say on here, and what I've observed in my personal life, is that PM companies are highly variable.Same thing with realtors, if you're gonna sell at retail.Are you comfortable with the legal aspects of working in a different state from your home?

Regardless of that degree I felt more comfortable in the construction business.

He's providing the land, ~$150K in cash, the design, and oversight as the general contractor. 

Change is not usually a comfortable thing, unless we are changing to something easier or more familiar to us.

(That is only for O/O buying the house w/ an FHA loan, those are the repairs they feel need done in order for FHA to feel comfortable financing the house again)
