In actual numbers, one inch of water or pure ice over a square foot area weighs about 5 pounds (water weighs about 62 pounds per cubic foot, and an inch would be about 1/12 of that).

Usually retailers make most of their money during Christmas.In fact many will make a profit or go out of business simply based on the numbers at the end of the year.If the strongest sales cycle has passed it might be hard to re-rent to someone else.What are the immediate other retail spaces offering per square foot??
