I mainly use Chase Quickpay.

Not just chasing a DEAL but a clear plan, I want to do a flip in this neighborhood between this price point and I can spend Y on rehabbing the property. 

Chase Bank allowed me to set up two additional accounts linked to my primary corporate account (rental income and security deposits).

@Nick Fullmer I am trying to understand better as it seems that someone is likely already chasing all the overages in every county and so taking the course at this point doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.So how does your process work? 

I just trashed them... its easy to bluster around about this stuff.. but with all you guys in the we buy house game  has to be 100's of thousands literally.. how do they really enforce this.. too many mom and pops to chase.

They were stupid to take out a loan in the first place.The next thing we should do is regulate HML guys like Jay who lends, so that fix & flippers have to qualify at Chase or Goldman Sachs.

A PM is not responsible for chasing down kids and their parents and you do not want to pay for his time to do it..

Those would be securities issued by the private banks we all know such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase and you get the idea.

Probably the only thing driving these returns is that people are piling into Cleveland chasing yield because it's the last place to go.
