Since this is the case my wife and I have tricycles so we can carry lots of things without issue.

Too bad the knowledgeable and experienced sometimes also carry a switch.Just letting you know I feel your plight and know it's tough.  

Anyway you look at it this will be a learning experience that you can carry on to the next property.
