Another quick cheat method is go to a new build model homes in your area (trends are geographic) they usually have 3 styles of finishes you can choose from, just snap a picture so you can decided latter on your dream home (LOL)I also cruise zillow/ mls for other flip houses in my area and save pictures of the style I like. 

I've found that having a mentor in your preferred method of investing is invaluable.

@Bryant Brislin I am currently interested mainly in BRRR method as well as buy and hold for rentals.

I want to know what is the benefit to obtaining  a property under this type of mortgage vs. doing a traditional conventional mortgage and financing the renovations by other methods (ex: hard money or personal loan). 

The supply will change which will temperate RE price fluctuation.Time will tell if my prediction is accurate, but I do believe that using the RE price impact of the rate increase to forecast the RE price impact of the rate decrease is a sound method (but not guaranteed to be accurate).Good luck
