Beautiful home in a great tourist market.

I would love to talk more with you about all the considerations and neighborhood dynamics that make Chicago the complex and beautiful real estate market that it is.

I like a nice warm cozy look, with pics and decor that reflect the area.

All we had to do was paint an accent wall and update a few small decor items.

Most I’ve stayed in are decorated in a way that don’t make it feel like someone’s home (such as with family photos).

In my opinion, that is going to make a huge difference, since the most important objective is to get prospective buyers to physically go see the house and one way to do that is to get them excited about seeing them living in a space, furnished and decorated, etc. 

Plus it's beautiful with great weather.

What kind of roof does it have....I saw probably 100 year old house today in Greenville that was beautiful...looked at the roof and it was slate.....what do those cost to replace?
