Frankly, if you have no experience, you really need to stay away from individual investors unless you are related to them, IMO, if Uncle Ben is willing to loan you money, go for it.If you have no experience, you'll need to let them know you know what you're doing, how you do that might be hard, but try to put that person in a position of control as much as you can is my advice.
