If it applies to stocks, why not real estate?

I do think a lot of people have stopped looking/applying.  

I believe that the moratorium does not apply to owner occupied rentals, so if you are a part owner of the property the moratorium shouldn’t apply.

This doesn't apply if you are using HML or PML, but if you use your own cash, you don't have to pay lender fees twice. 

There should be a section about when rent is late, how big a late fee can be applied, if/when you can be kicked out.
