I want to be involved in the real estate world and accrue money for future investments by exploring different options that are available to me.I have skills in web development and photography, and I'm currently trying to piece together a real estate / architectural photography business.I'm also considering working for a property management company for experience as well, but finding it difficult to break into that arena based on lack of experience / work history in management.

As many know, the Seattle region has a housing shortage, and I think this type of housing would be desirable for people who have steady jobs and good credit but can't afford to pay $1500/month for a 1 bedroom.
