It's hard to be an active investor when you have a busy work and family life.

I am experienced with construction work and experienced with managing projects that require a lot of detail and coordination so hopefully it will help, but I agree this is still a completely different business and there will be a lot to learn specific to retail rehabbing.

I could have lied and sent him numbers working in the main areas that he wanted, but the numbers didn't work and I was not going to show him wrong information.

It takes observation, engagement and great messaging to work and you can't get that from a book or program.
