I checked with a few of them, and none had any major headaches and said the tenants were generally very clean and collecting rent was never a problem, since the IC wants to keep property owners happy so they continue to rent places to their refugees.I've checked the unit myself a couple of times, and it's true, it's nearly as clean and tidy as the day I put it up for rent.

I could probably just do a clean up and put it right back on the market after I buy it.
