Real estate can’t “crash” overnight.

Motivation is not an issue with me, I am more than willing to take the bad days with the good and am not looking to get rich quick overnight.

I understand that the Poconos can draw people in all year around from skiing in the winter to camping in the summer, and with that said do people find hotels to be a better option given that they may be even closer to the attractions than the residential properties?

The contractors have to stay in a barbed wire fenced in man camp. 

Housing providers didn't create this problem over night by themselves.
