Any recommendations on the cash for keys/lease break agreement?

Can you give me the sources for finding these types of investors.

I have zero affiliation with them...just a good source for hacking life's expenses and reclaiming your time.

So, in a nutshell, that is our plan to eventually transition away from our current income source to more 'freelance' type income of sorts.  

Before giving a tenant keys, at least the first month and the security deposit should have been RECEIVED by the leasing agent/owner in the form of cash or money order to start the tenancy.
