I learned about boiler heating systems and to double check the house after contractors are working for the day, breakers that control the furnace sometimes dont get flipped back on, in the middle of a 20 below winter day :) Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

The current heating setup is FHW via an oil-fired boiler.

Some of the heat is already starting to come out of the market and I've seen a few deals, priced aggressively, struggle to attract buyers.That said, we remain in acquisition mode for the right deal.

Make sure the heat exchanger is inspected in the furnace.

Make sure to check these items along with the house heating system.

Looking to see if its worth replacing the entire unit or haveit repurposed where each of the units have its own heating gas and hot water units. need advise. 

I have also changed over a former office with a very large heated shop in back and just started a few days ago with advertising it on AIR BnB. 

she maintained that in this super-heated market, that isn't necessary... but every house listing that I've looked at recently (which is a fair number of them) has had images showing a house that looks ready to live in... 

If you have a duplex or larger and only one has furnace then you need to pay for the heat and figure out how to incorporate heat into the rent.  

All utilities are currently combined,(1) Combined forced air heating and central A/C.
