You shouldn’t be seeing it, but something between the forum, the back-end database, and maybe the mobile app aren’t talking quite right.

@Darrin Carey and @Theresa White: Having both your individual IRA participate in a JV is completely acceptable, so long as you do not activate "enabling" on each other's IRA's.

I understand that driving for dollars is an outdated way of doing things nowadays but like i mentioned in my original post, i do not have the capital to spend on marketing so i'm really trying to get my first wholesale deal, this will enable me to scale and adopt more advanced lead capturing techniques.
