Good afternoon Bigger Pockets, my name is Alejandro and I have just joined this community.

I'm interested in renting out rooms and would like to know what provisions are people including in there leases to protect themselves and their tenants.

If anyone is versed on tax benefits or implications I'd be interested in hearing that as well. 

I am also a licensed realtor, but only use it for investing purposes.I am very Jubilant to have joined this vast network!!!

It’s in Forest Hills for more content and i want some form of framework in mind before talking to builders.Each unit is about 1,000 sq feet totaling 3,000 livable.
