Long term goal is to leave our current jobs to be free to focus on investing and have financial freedom.A) Use equity (HELOC) to purchase a run down property and apply the BRRRR concept for a buy and hold.

Our family's goals are to pay off our consumer/student loan debts and have enough cash flow that I can cut back my hours (maybe to 0 hours) and travel full time in our travel trailer for a few years and then maybe go back to work but probably not.

My goal is to supplement my income and ultimately to replace it.

I guess I should add my personal goals is to achieve freedom from the 9-5 job.

@Garrett BlanchardI don't own any SS yet but am working toward that goal very soon.   

Edit: Since there are a few people here with the same goal, I thought I might share some of my learnings from the year I spent researching how to accomplish this myself. 

I live in Reno, Nevada and my goal is to purchase a 4plex in the next couple months . i want to BRRRR it and continue expanding .
