Perhaps not in this case but many other PO people that call you can be talked down with empathy for their situation and an explanation that you are offering a service that can truly take that weight off their shoulders. 

This crap doesn't give anyone a unique degree of knowledge or expertise, doesn't give anyone a Doctorial Degree in Real Estate or Law, doesn't even carry the same weight of an Associates Degree at a local Community College.
