Have any of you had any experience with the foreclosure websites?

I believe the offer has to be submitted via their website through a realtor (who needs to register on their website if they have not already).I have purchased a few.

I was curious what other websites and marketing tools have you ladies and gents used in the past that helped you get attention on your properties on the market.

@Frank CasiThis isn't really a directly answer to your question, but I would highly encourage you to double-check all of the numbers/calculations yourself and not base any decisions based on what you see posted on others' websites.

What I've seen so far from their website looks good.

He has a website where you can email him, find the stations he's on, and listen to podcasts of his shows.I recently called in with a question, and about a week later I was talking to a client in another state and he said, "I heard you on the radio.

I am from Northern NV and I look forward to exploring the posts on this great website.
