I built this because I'm currently looking for my first rental, and wanted a more efficient way to look for listings on the MLS.After building it and playing with it, I'm realizing that this tool is probably going to be useful to other real estate investors and agents as well so I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone would be interested in paying $10-20/month for access.Right now, it's just a simple google sheet that automatically updates every day, but if there's interest I could definitely build this out into a full web application.

Products arrive next week.2) Choosing between 2 web services and migrating customers into database this weekend after purchasing Friday. 2.5) New sign for property, storm took out the sign recently. 3) Come up with more streamlined process to remove perceived abandoned units over this coming weekend. 4) Migrate to credit card auto pay, remove customers who can not.

I am curious if anyone uses a web-based software (possibly an app) that can do the some (or preferably all) of the following:Accept mobile paymentsAllow tenants to submit non-critical maintenance requests Allow me to manage certain maintenance functions (ie. state mandated lead paint, furnace maintenance, etc)Lease management, especially if it can set reminders to send out renewals.

I figure the crack dens will get bough out eventually and I have been lookign on the borders of the hood areas like you said, its just a gamble and waiting game.
