Professionally I'm a web developer/marketing guy, but want to delve more into real estate.

The web pages listed above are a good start but I would suggest finding a possible deal and physically going to the property and checking out the neighborhood.

Account Closed use the property analysis spreadsheet/web link "Analyze" above to help determine if this is a good deal.  

You'll have to check the calendar on their web site to see but a lot of the things that they were doing were both live and virtual so people had a choice on whether to attend. 

It certainly has some less than positive reviews on the web for its ease of use, especially on the tenant end, but my hope is it is improving and I'm sure nothing is perfect (especially at the $0-9/month price range). 

Still, it's pretty decent overall.Cozy has web pages for individual listings, but no "company" or "landlord" website.

We want to build MRR the same way we do in our web biz and we are already comfortable using property management as we have done that for nearly a decade.Would love to connect with y'all and get to know more about you!

This type of list is currently being offered strictly to data providers but we are currently developing a web application to enable end users (investors) to access this data.
