In order to obtain the necessary permits, the owner must also file an affidavit with the local inspection department attesting that s/he is the owner of the property, that s/he will personally superintend and manage all aspects of the construction and will not delegate that duty to any unlicensed person, and the owner must be personally present for all inspections.

Don't be cheap and always hire an attorney when terminating or evicting a tenant because there are too many laws to deal with, too many changes in laws and a decent attorney turns over every stone before filing for the eviction in court.

The sooner you file the notice to evict, the sooner you can move the courts to move your tenant if they think they can just stay.Be polite, but business-like.
