People can offer what they want, doesn't mean that we're going to accept.Thank you for your virtual appraisal from 800 miles away, but we've had over 20 agents through the home, probably 14 of which were from the local Keller Williams brokerage, who all said we were priced appropriately.

you may want to go to some of the RAREBIRD monthly meet ups run by some great guys and good audience ...also Brie Schmidts turnkey-reviews.com is a great site to look at virtually every turn key operator in the country WITHOUT getting jammed into a squeeze page... also I wrote an e book for out of state investing that you can download for free .. its on that site... keep in mind real estate is a Loooong game if you aspire to do it with the drip method IE rentals..
