I plan on doing more open houses this weekend as my listing still is getting around 100 views a day and it has 20 saves.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Here's a situation that popped up yesterday that got me stuck...I viewed a single family house in a good area that I could have bought for $70,000 and it needs at least $35,000 worth of work. $105,000 total in an area where similar houses are going for $140,000.

As a real life long term example, my first property was purchased in 1997 in Mountain View.

Where you able to view the inside of the property with it being on auction?

@Staci CraftFarmhouse built in 1900....hmmm...usually equals disaster....walking away might be best thing u ever did.....

I don't think we've wiped out the appraisal fee, might still be a couple hundo left of other closing costs, but typically I'm not a huge fan of a 0.25% rate bump, this is the sweet spot in my view.

In our view it is one piece of the puzzle.
