I cant tell you how many times my clients use a lender of their choosing because they have a lower rate than the lenders I recommend....then their lender does something to screw up and we need to switch to the lender I recommended in the first place to save the transaction.

This helps because If you own that entity that stands in as Trustee, you'll have total control of the property because you own the entity that's Trustee of the Land Trust.Hopefully, this helps and you're able to use this for many transactions to come.
