When I contacted an electrician he told me the outlets were up to code when it was built and there is no requirement to replace them.

Any house built before 1978 has lead based paint in it.It would just need to be scraped and repainted in most instances. 

So the property is a duplex built in 1997 (great condition) in Colorado Springs, total sq ft 2,804 with both units being 2bd/2bath w/ 2 car garage and great views of the mountain and Pikes Peak. 

We manage in those parts of town here.

This house was built in 1987 and has never had an issue until this VA lender came in the picture.
