Cardone and Kiyosaki rant against owning a home because it’s a liability which is right technically, but I prefer having piece of mind knowing that my home is my home and if something were to happen to me my family wouldn’t have to worry about a homestead or running a business.

It always seems interesting to me that people create a LLC to reduce risk, yet increase it by the possibility of triggering the due on sale clause (and or not setting it up correctly). 

It sound s bit like a scam to me, especially if they are willing to fund at that high of a percent. 

To me the tree really looks like it’s more so her side.

Also she pays with money orders (from Ralphs grocery store)  which is suspect to me. why would someone making 400k use money orders for rent. this is a SFR in a very nice neighborhood in S.California., I would like to move into the property myself and get her out.

So here's the only way that this makes sense to me.
