I’m 46, retired from my career as a physician, with about 3 million in assets and looking to focus on real estate to generate cash flow.

Now we are only about 1 yr into our real estate investing career here and we have officially had the craziest thing possible happen to us.  

My father started his real estate career selling these parcels in the early 60s it was a wild time and a good land man back in the day could make big bucks  ..

However, since discovering BP my investing career has changed course big time.Heres my question...

Listen to podcasts ON networking, read books and put yourself out there.I’ve been in a sales field my entire career and those situations only get better by doing it.

If anyone is actually serious about doing this for a job/career, you should be able to answer most of these questions already because you're ambitious enough to read and learn instead of expecting someone to hold your hand and pull you to the land of endless money while you sit in a high chair with a bib on
