I understand generally what LTV is, but am having some difficulty understanding what this individual may be willing to lend in the context of a BRRR strategy.

I'm doing my research on which areas to target where I wont have much difficulty finding tenants, AirBnb's, etc.   

In fact, if for some reason you wanted to stay licensed in both states, you'd still only have the same $85/month technology/training fee and a single cap, regardless of how many states you are licensed in.
