However, just to work on some definition stuff:  sometimes these are called different things.  

Much of that labor was child labor (or rather offspring labor--he is 18 now) and mother labor (she came over for a few hours on two days to clean and do little stuff to keep me company), but it's still a lot of time!

Hi all, I'm in process of negotiating an off-market deal, however, the sellers now say they need money to be able to move themselves and all of their stuff out of the property.

And start thinking about assembling a procedure manual - will you accept pets, how will you recognize a strong candidate, how will you establish the rent amount, that kind of stuff.
