He commented in another thread that @Jerryll Noorden and I were participating in just recently.He noted that they were getting leads for less than $22 per lead, but the leads were not all super high quality.  

Participating in Biggerpockets has given me a tremendous return on investment, and it will for you as well if you commit. 

However, it looks like there is already a hot Airbnb market in this area, so I am curious to know if this strategy is working for those that are participating. 

@Cory Francois I went to school in Muncie at Ball State, I’m not sure of specifics but you could if you want start renting out to college students!

Many Promoters out there are sending students down a very dangerous trail.  

Since you live around there, you know what areas are hottest, which ones would attract students as rentals, etc.Good luck!

That's just a fact or else we wouldn't have the student loan "crisis" that we have or at least supposedly have now.
