Everyone has different goals and investment criteria, so this is not a one size fit all kind of situation.I will suggest that you clearly define what you want, as there are many exit strategies, and do some research.

Questions: 1) How big can the building be on this size land 2) Is it easier to lease out two smaller ones than one larger one, bearing in mind there is not too much land (17,000 sf) 3) What is the estimated cost psf?

My lease has language disallows fish tanks over a certain size.
