Test and refine your communication plan—it pays off!

I know when a buyer client has brought me a good one and when they do I save their number.

They are proposing to use $7 billion in American Rescue plan Funds, which it borrowed, to pay medical expenses, which people borrowed, so that people can borrow more and lenders can make it more expensive to borrow.

We planning to meet with a lawyer soon to cement our articles of organizations and operating agreement before we form the LLC. 

We'll need to re-do the walls surrounding the current tub & I was hoping that these all in one's will help us save time & money.

Once that cash flows due to your higher down payment, save the cash flow and reinvest that. 

What is your plan? 

Save yourself a headache and call around as many as you can, and look for lenders that are WELL VERSED in the loan, and have done it many times before.

After that property I never lost any money and did all real estate by the numbers with and exit plan and verifying all.

He insisted on micromanaging them and communicating with them himself, put them on "payment plans" that resulted in them getting even further behind, ignored my suggestions to serve 5-days, then looked at his account one day and realized just how far behind they were and that they would need to be evicted (we've already been through one - a few of them I was able to get on track), and blew up blaming everyone but himself.
