Hello, I purchased a piece of vacant land in LA county through tax sale.

I am paying cash for the the turnkey home and am trying to figure out the best time to pull out cash to buy a second property.  

Reasons being: they have Native English since most grew up in the US, they have a better sales/hustle culture, there is a huge call center industry there you can recruit from.

We have plenty of comps that show that the house could sell for over 500k for a quick sale.  

How many times have you heard somebody say some version of this statement: “We made 100,000 on the sale of our house and we only lived there for five years.

Trying to figure out how to proceed I have an SCorp already that was just created, I will have to see if its serving as an LLC as well if thats a thing?

It is all public data in Ohio, so I'm hoping there is someone who has figured a computerized way to do this. 

The owner has received notice of the sale.

Second my wife and I both have 6 figure jobs where we have been contributing to our 401Ks since we have been in our 20's. 

Screaming high / fast interest rates employed by the Fed, $10 Trillion in federal spending, extremely low home sales, corporate earnings revised lower and lower, inverted yield curve for Treasury Bonds, etc…, all indicated a recession on the horizon.
