We see couple properties with FSBO (cash only so we are thinking of buying with cash and re-finance to pay back to the whatever the initial money resources) but not sure how to go from here...

Hi BP,I am seeking any resources (books, websites, software, etc) to help educate myself on home design and renovations - particularly those focusing on the exterior of homes.

There are a ton of resources on how to do this online.

Looking to find out what other resources you all use to determine rental rates in an area besides local MLS, zillow, etc? 

Is there a step by step guide out there, should I network with other investors and learn from them, or is there another way to learn that im simply overlooking? 

I recommend getting in touch with a realtor in the area that can guide you through this.

Once we have a strong foundation (good team) hopefully soon enough, we'd like to get two or three properties 3 bed+ ~$130k with ~$1.5k monthly rental income.My husband is not really open to too much of rehab (maybe cosmetic stuffs which can be done in a week) until later of this journey..We would love to connect so please let me know- also, if you have any tips/resources I can dig in in order to learn about Arlington real estate, please let me know- I'm such a nerd and love to research/dig in... thank you!!!
