I was taught that if the tenant/buyers don't buy, your reputation goes down the toilet, and your business always follows your reputation.With regard to the 2 year financing approval, only problem I see with that is the fact that the housing market is still spinning downward (at least in my markets) and 24 months is too long.

If the company you are looking at has a poor online presence, or does not even care enough to pay attention to it - that would be an indicator that they do not care about their reputation from you or anyone else.
