There is no other currency that will replace it in the near term.

Also did you have to replace Windows if so how much did that cost?

Often the insurance companies have a pretty high replacement value even though you and I know you would never fix the building you'd just build new.

@Jean-marc Cabrol  from all the different post I have seen and private e mails I have gotten this is pretty much how these notes go... maturity comes and goes... lots of swapping out of beneficial interests which is replacing one investor with another on the same loan.. 

Fay Chen I too am an engineer, launched rockets for 18 years, and found that real estate hooked up with self directed Ira or 401k is a great way to build wealth.

I had the springs replaced in the garage of my local rental a while back.  

In the mean time be prepared and nothing can replace hard work.
