I self manage 4 properties on my own and I don't think there is that much paperwork associated to bring in the cost of a VA. 

I am thinking something like $5K, but I really have no clue what a typical fee would be.

@Courtney Duong    I think it will likely work like my 2020 version but that is a question for quickbooks.

I think we may have paid a little more but overall the house is nice with nice finishes.
